PERFECT PATINA

Real original car that is almost in a RWC condition. Will need a speedo (not sure why this one isnt working). taillight stalk and some inner door handles.

Just converted to 12 volt including fitting indicators etc for rego. Lots of new wiring. Obviously this includes a new battery. generator etc etc

Chassis and running gear restored 3 years ago. Sweet flathead V8 that runs smooth and quiet.

Car drives. stops and steers well.

Dropped axle in the front and some leafs out of the rear spring gives it a great stance.

Just converted to 12 volt

Body had the to die for patina that just cant be faked. Over the years there have been a few body repairs which all seem to be done with gas. NO BOG that I can see or find. Its reasonably straight but is 75 + years old and hasnt been tarted up at any stage. It wears it scars with pride.

Very solid floors. trunk lid etc. Wire brush and POR15 is all it really needs. Very little rust except small surface areas and at the bottom of the B pillars that have been repaired previously. a little rough but serviceable.

Interior is very basic. mdf door panels. flat steel roof insert etc. Honestly think it suits it perfectly.

With just a little work you'll be on the road in car that will be awesome and a real rod.

Cheers, cool 36’, my favorite of the 32-40 Fords! I live in the States, in Georgia to be exact, would you ship the car to the US? I have actually shipped a couple 70’s Cudas, and a 67 Camarillo to Australia, but it was around 2004 or so, but I’ve never purchased an old car from cross the pond anywhere. The last hot rod I had was a 35 Ford I reluctantly sold, but I had just lost my father, who was always with me at most of the hotrod shows and swap meets. I would need to do some research on shipping costs etc., if it’s something you were comfy with doing. Thanks , chuck
