Quite possibly the best Escort XR3i in existence and with classic fast Ford prices rising rapidly (remember the £60. 00 paid for a similar age Escort Turbo at the NEC auction last year!) serious collectors should think very seriously about this car. I withdrew this car from sale two weeks ago due to the sad death of my sister in law and the need to travel to Cyprus urgently. so am now relisting it. The car was looked at when last listed by a potential purchaser who confirmed that the car was as new and possibly the best surviving example. but don't take his word. come and look yourself in Surrey! Never painted. welded or abused in any way - what you see and what you get is exactly as the car left the showroom when new. including all its books. keys. service history and even the supplying dealer's rear window sticker! Absolutely lovely. I am selling this car only because I have bought a Ferrari 328 and need the money and space. I have kept it carefully in a 'Carcoon' so in perfect conditions.
