Up for sale in our Houston showroom is a beautiful 1967 Chevelle Hardtop. This sporty car is bathed in factory Royal Plum with black leather interior. The engine is a 396cu in V8 bored to a 402cu in pushing 415 hp with a 700 R4 automatic transmission. This Chevelle only has 3. 50 miles on it since rebuilt. The engine runs great and is sporting vintage air conditioning to make you stay a little bit longer when you get behind the wheel. On this big block you will find chrome valve covers. headers and a beautifully painted engine with the chrome SS 396 air cleaner. The headers breathe through a new dual exhaust system from front to rear. The rear end is a 12 bolt with 3:55 gears and excellent with this engine and transmission. On all four corners you will find set of American Racing wheels that look like they were made for this car. The shocks are all new and ready for decades of driving. The brakes are upgraded to the SSBC package with slotted rotors which look good hiding behind the custom chrome wheels. From the start this car launches beautifully and pulls hard through every gear. It is an absolute joy to drive from many standpoints. The interior is beautiful and has been restored with Dakota gauges on the dash and custom bucket racing seats to further enhance the drive quality of this beast. The three spoke wood steering wheel is original and in great condition. This beauty is bathed in the coveted Royal Plum metallic paint job that pops in the sunlight. It looks amazing with the black interior. The creature comforts include an AM Fm radio with Blue Tooth. seatbelts. power steering and power brakes and tilt wheel.
