We are not familiar with any other states requirements other than Arzona. so please check your local Laws prior to bidding. Refunds will NOT be given due to strict state requirements. Our vehicles are titled (unless otherwise stated) in the state of Arizona and meet ALL Arizona laws of inspection. title. and lic. Furthermore. buyer has the responsibility to know their individual state's tax requirements and to pay those based on those laws. Finally. a buyer may be subject to state and federal taxes and this falls purely on the shoulders of the buyer. Each state has it's own tax requirements and we are only familiar with Arizona. Shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I can help with aligning a shipper or can provide delivery myself for an agreed upon fee.
