Regrettable sale due to baby arrival!! Need a more modern. more economical. safer car to carry the wife and baby around. 91 orion 1. 6 auto. average exterior condition for year. front wings are rusty at the rear. looks like it had mudflaps on it at some point. all four doors have the odd small rust scab on but no rot at all. front bumper is an 88 spec xr unit that the paint is flaking off. rear bumper has some scuffs and a crack the obvious rear arches need attention. they were like that when i bought it and i haven't got round to doing them. they have had new arches welded in - they just need finishing off. Tilt and slide Sunroof is good with no signs of rot anywhere. The interior is pretty mint. it all cleans up very well. the dash is spotless. all door cards are good. front electric windows work fine as do the electric mirrors. Engine does smoke a little on start up. needs stem seals doing other than that its the quietest cvh i've ever heard. Auto box works as it should. 1st one i've had so nothing to compare it to. Long MOT. think 8 months but will check Just fitted new front screen. wipers. headlights. clear indicators. 2 new front tyres(rears are practically new) Speedo says 67k. interior and engine would point to this being correct but have no paperwork to back this up. Done 300 miles since oil. oil filter. air filter. plug leads and rotor arm were changed can be supplied with a manual gearbox. pedal assembly and gear linkage to convert to manual. PLEASE NOTE!!!! Baby now arrived. so need this gone to fund a mondeo estate. Priced to sell. A £100 non refundable deposit to be paid at auction end by the winning bidder. NO SWAPS!! not interested in another project. I already have an ongoing one.
