You are looking at what was once a very common sight on British roads. nowadays it is a very rare sight indeed!This Allegro is a mark 2 of the series. It is in very good overall condition. and has been very well looked after in previous years. It is currently "on the road" Taxed and MOT'd. It would need to be re-taxed due to the silly DVLA ruling by the new owner. The MOT expires June 2017. As stated the overall condition of the car is very good. considering it is now 38 years of age. The interior is all complete and in good order. The current mileage reads: 99181 (as at 25th Sept)Everything works on the car as in switches / gauges etc. The heater is also very good and works well. There is no radio fitted. however there is a space for one which is currently covered by a blanking plate. The engine was rebuilt approx 4 months ago. and has done approx 400 miles since. The car also benefits from an unleaded conversion head. The car is very reliable and starts first time. every time. The engine sounds very sweet. This would be an ideal opportunity to enter the classic car scene for a very small outlay. The car is fun to drive. unique. and turns heads wherever it goes!
