1954 chevy bel air 2 door hard top hot rod uk registered daily driver new paint

Pictures do no justice for the colour. shes a candy red with added flake. looks awesome and really pops in the sun ! Putting up at quite a fair price as to be honest im going to need to free up some cash sooner rather than later so no low ballers please. Dont really want to do this and i will keep if she doesnt fetch what im after. Shes a 1954 chevy hard top. finished in a beautiful custom candy ruby with added flake ! Looks great from all angles and when the sun pops on her. she looks awesome ! I had the paint done at a local and reputable paint shop whos well known for his custom and candy work. The top has been finished in the whitest white we could get ( I have paint codes and about half a gallon left over of the paint included in sale). Ill start by saying she is no show winner. otherwise id be asking double. this does not mean shes a lemon. she isnt and she looks just as good in the photos as in the flesh. im just being honest. The headliner needs doing $200 for the full kit. and ideally the door shuts being done to match the car (they have been done white as the roof) and the bumpers have been painted white not chromed but she gets compliments everywhere we take her and i use her at least once a day. shes my daily ! Ive fitted all new badges. handles. trim and emblems with high quality reproductions from the states that wernt cheap as the originals where beyond re chroming. New door and rear glass including the quarter glass. interior is clean and tidy and free from tears. black carpet kit in good order. i have sound proofed the roof by removing the old manky insulation (nightmare) and fitting more modern sound coat pads. the head liner rails are still in tact. lowered all the way round by a rear axle flip and 3 inch blocks. the front has shorter coils (not cut. they are purpose made lowering coils). 17 inch Dayton wire spoke wheels with custom adapters low profile tyres but suprisingly still comfortable to drive but also included in the sale is a set of chrome 15 inch smoothies with good white wall tyres. All the tyres on the wire wheels are brand new. Drive train she is all original. 235 ci 6 cylinder 3 speed manual and she starts first turn of the key and ready to drive you anywhere. goes into gear smooth with no issues. original drum brakes and they have been set up properly and work perfect. stops at the drop of a dime (no trying to put your foot through the floor) you can come check this for yourself ! All the lights are in working order. as is the horn and all the other boring stuff. The car is solid underneath and free from previous repairs. The speedo and instrument cluster are all in working order. converted to 12volt too (fuel gauge is a bit off but temp and oil all work). We built this car with the intention of keeping and have had much fun over the summer cruising in her which makes it hard to sell but needs must. Also ive added a hidden sound system in the boot with a aux wire trailling into the glove box so you can listen to music via your phone or ipod (no holes cut to mount a nasty stereo).
