1946 GMC Other

1946 GMC Extended cab pickup truck. This is a very cool truck that runs and drives. I have taken the truck for a 2 mile test drive and it does not overheat and steers and stops nicely. There is no rust on the truck anywhere and the truck has always been kept indoors since it was originally restored.
The truck has a 350 Chevy v8. a TH350 automatic transmission with lokar shifter. billet aluminum tilt steering column. lokar shifter and emergency brakes. lights. wipers etc all work fine. Digital odometer and new gauge cluster showing a little over 3. 00 miles which is how many have been put on the truck since it was restored. The truck has been professionally modified to make it an extended cab. It has a short bed with a fuel cell located below the bed. The truck is an all steel body with no fiberglass panels at all. the tailgate opens but is currently held shut with two stainless bolts instead of chains for a cleaner look. I have a new aftermarket a/c system complete with compressor and ducts that goes with the truck. I also have new power window kits for both rear windows. All off the glass is good and the front door windows roll up and down fine. The doors and hood all open nicely as well. I have a full photo album documenting the build of this truck. I have displayed some of the custom sheet metal in the bed of the truck which are actually interior panels to finish off the inside around the rear windows and behind the seat. There are lots of great parts that go with this truck so I'm sorry if I don't list them all but it's another two or three boxes worth. The body work is good except for above the cab where there are a couple of spots of body filler cracking and above the passenger side door where there was a bondo application that needs to be ground down and smoothed out. the truck is in a semi gloss black which is a paint and not primer. lots of chrome and aluminum in the engine compartment. It has been lowered and you can just about get a can of coke under the front bumper. It has a great stance and a nice sound as well. Overall this is a very high quality build that has been driven while being upgraded over the past few years. you can drive it as is or take it to the next level with a new paint job.  I have a clean title with the truck.
