Classic Revival 427 Cobra replica
New kit purchased by me and delivered to Alice Springs in September 2004.
Assembled over the following 4 years. before being stripped and re-assembled for engineer approval and inspections in February 2010.
Fully complied in NT. has been on full reg. now on club plates (not transferable)
Has LS1 from HSV. replaced piston rings. big end & main bearings. all new bolts and gaskets/seals.
Custom made headers from DeFillipo header kit.
Custom made side pipes. adjustable for noise control.
T56 6 speed manual gearbox. modified shifter. retaining reverse lock out.
Hardy Spicer custom made tailshaft.
Has Mafless tune and makes 274Kw at the rear tyres. VATS system removed (so no bulky key).
After market Piranha immobiliser fitted. has alarm and fuel cut.
Series 3 Jaguar upper and lower front control arms. new bushes fitted.
Series 3 Jag front brakes.
Custom adjustable front sway bar made by Peddars.
XR8 IRS. diff (LSD) and drive shafts.
XR8 rear brakes.
Coil over shocks all round. with Kings Springs
Willwood brake and clutch Master Cylinders. brake bias adjustable with in dash handle.
Adjustable pedal box for short/long legs.
Revolution Race gear “Cobra” seats. with removable headrest.
Lap sash seat belts. plus 4 point racing harness.
Full Pricol gauge set. plus Smiths vintage clock.
Traditional MotoLita steering wheel
Correct 427 style cooling fans
Auxillary oil cooler
Correct direct replacement chrome on brass windscreen frame.
Comes with 2 sets of wheels. also many spare parts and upgrade parts.
