Hi up for auction is my 1964 1/2 convertible. Its had lots of new parts over the last few years :- front wings. doors. rear wings. outer wheel house. trunk lid. fuel tank. rear drums. new parking lights front and rear. all new chrome emblems. new carpets. door cards. interior handles. hood. grant wood grain wheel. wood grain glove box. borgeson power steering. complete front end steering inc. idler arm. centre link. track rods. front and rear wheel bearings. electronic ignition. exterior door handles. new chrome quarter lights. torque thrust alloys and BF tyres.  the list is endless. The car is very nice. its not concourse. but is very very nice. There is no rust on the body work whatsoever. It has the rare 289 D code engine. The car has never seen bad weather and has never been washed since restored. It lives in a carcoon and is only taken out on good days. Reason for my attempt to sell is I have a 1965 fastback which I am restoring and I could do with a few more funds. I do have a reserve and if the car doesn. make it I will just have to take a bit longer to finish the fastback. I would be interested in a px for a cheaper yank and cash my way. (Need to have one while i'm restoring one). To sum up this is a stunning car which gets looks and photos taken wherever it goes. its not concourse if it was I would want silly money.
