1929 Replica/Kit Makes Mercedes Gazelle for sale
Current customer rating: (202 votes ) based onThis is your chance to own a Very Nice Mercedes Gazelle Replica Convertible Car. This car is in very good condition as you can see in the pictures! This is a rare Ford V-6. 4-speed manual car. Overall. the grey and maroon paint scheme looks very good and has a good shine to it. Convertible top is in good condition with no rips or tears. Boot is included with the top. as seen in picture. but there are no side curtains for this car. Car drives and handles well. Just had new tires installed this week as the ones on it were starting to dry rot.
The car was built 31 years ago with a Classic Motor Carriages Deluxe Kit and was originally titled in Michigan as an "Assembled" vehicle. I have a current. clear. Virginia title for the vehicle in hand. My father in law purchased the car 3 years ago and has put about 1. 00 miles on it during that time period. We are unsure of the "donor car". but have been told by some that it appears to be around a 1974 Mustang II. It has never given him any trouble. he just can no longer drive it because of his age and health issues he currently has. The car looks and runs great! I just drove it Saturday to get new tires on it and the car got a lot of attention everywhere I went!! Even though it looks great. I want to be honest and forthright about the condition of the car and make the buyer aware of any defects I am aware of. Most of these items. you cannot even see in the included pictures. I just want to point them out anyway so there are no surprises. There is a scuff on each fender where the door has rubbed when opening that I tried to get a picture of. but doesn't show too well in the pictures. There is a place in the paint where the hood has rubbed the cowl and there is a small dent in the front bumper. Also. there are a few other scratches and scrapes that I have tried to include in the pictures. There is a small place in the windshield to the driver's left (see picture taken from both the inside and outside). Also. there is some light surface rust on the bottom of the windshield and on some of the wheels. The fuel tank and filler cap is located in the trunk. as pictured. which could be inconvenient. When closing the doors. you have to hold the handle in the open position and then latch them after they close. The carpet is worn some and there are a two or three snaps missing from the top. Fuel gauge. Voltage Meter and Temperature Gauges do not work. In spite of these items. you would be hard pressed finding a car that looks this good for this price!!
If you have any additional questions. or would like any specific pictures taken. feel free to contact me. $500 non-refundable deposit required within 24 hours of purchase. Balance to be paid at time of pick-up in the form of cash. certified check or money order. Buyer responsible for pick-up or shipping arrangements and cost of such. I will be more than happy to assist the shipping company in any way that I can on my end.
$7. 00 or best offer will be accepted. Thank you for looking!
