A very rare and collectible classic. this 1964 Cadillac De Ville Convertible is perfect for cruising around on those hot summer days and nights.   This factory convertible was imported from the USA in 2007 and comes with the original Vehicle Import Approval paper.   It was previously registered in NSW (expired April 2010) and has been kept in storage ever since.   It can be registered in any state and DOES NOT need to be converted to right-hand drive as it falls under the "over 30-year old" rule.   Besides. left-hand drive vehicles are worth more when kept left-hand drive.   The power roof retracts back and includes the vinyl convertible boot cover.   It operates up and down fine.    We can organise shipping for you to anywhere in Australia - more details further below.    Details.   Condition Report. Provided as a guide only. the following are our own opinions of the car and its condition.   Dents: Very minor dents in body Seats & Upholstery: Good for age Floors: Very Good Controls & Dashboard: Good for age Paint: Minor marks. paint chips and scratches as expected with age Other: Couple of minor wear holes in convertible top    Mechanical Report. We have driven the vehicle. and in our opinion. it runs and performs quite well for a vehicle of this age and kms.   The engine runs quiet and smooth.   The brakes are fine. but pulls a little to one side when applied.   The air conditioning compressor is not fitted. but comes with the car.   I believe this may have been removed as a requirement for import regulations. but not re-fitted since.   Please note that we do not test every electrical and mechanical system/device in the vehicle - it wouldn't be practical to do this for every vehicle we sell.   Tips for Bidding. Payment Policy.

Payment in full is required within 5 days of auction closing - NO EXCEPTIONS.   If you can't pay or can't settle payment within this time frame. then please don't bid. PayPal or personal and company cheques. We DO accept electronic funds transferred into our bank account and cash in person. The vehicle is released when full funds have been received/cleared.
