This all original 1978 Chevrolet Corvette is for sale in our Louisville KY showroom. 1978 would mark the 25 th anniversary for America’s beloved supercar. The 78 Corvette as with all C 3’was originally designed after the Maco Shark II Concept. It was an instant hit and has become one of the best selling longest running models to date. This 78 has switched hands 4 times with one of those switches being back to the second owner. The white paint is slick and shows off the car nicely while the like new wheels add to the flare. The radial tires are in excellent shape and provide a smooth ride when cruising but are also capabale of handling the higher speeds. The interior is in excellent condition with the tan complimenting the white nicely it makes you wonder why you don’t see it more often. The bucket seats are extremely comfortable with the leather being in excellent condition with even a set of custom slip on covers to ensure they stay that way. Under the hood is the original small block which was just recently serviced including a new set of valve cover gaskets. The AC system was serviced as well with 134 now installed it blows colder than the day it left the factory. The TH 350 shifts out great with no signs of immediate trouble this 78 appears to be a great car to start your collection or just simply drive and enjoy.
