Great every day runner. Owned and garage stored since 2009. Very sad to be selling but circumstances mean we need a bigger vehicle.  
No modification. just general run of the mill maintenance. maintains all of its original features. There is some surface rust to the paint job but nothing major that needs attention. The interior is in good nick with no rips or stains. It has 10 months MOT remaining and it is Tax Exempt. All paper work is accounted for the period I have owned it + original documents from original sale in Belgium.
