The engine that is fitted is a 300 tdi from a discovery Fitted with an overdrive New galvanised chassis made for the 300 tdi conversion.  
The land rover has had a complete rebuild. its been rebuilt on a new chassis and has been built up using many new parts. This land rover is in excellent show condition. it been fitted with a 300 tdi from a discovery which makes it great to drive as an everyday vehicle.  
The land rover has been rebuilt using stainless bolts where possible to remove any change of rust.
The land rover is fitted with a thatcham approved alarm and immobiliser  The land rover has been resprayed in marine blue and has been fitted with a new blue 3/4 canvas and new 3/4 hood stick set.
Completely new genuine mintex brakes shoes and genuine Delphi cylinders all round and rear drums and 11" front skimmed drums. new brake pipes including rubber flexes and copper pipes and unions. The master cylinder is from a discovery to give the land rover better brakes for the more powerful engine and its fitted with a new servo from a discovery.
Its fitted with all new suspension Including new spring and chassis bushes. all round Armstrong shockers. new check straps and 4 new parabolic springs.
Its fitted with 4 new Michelin latitude cross tyres which are excellent off and on road. The land rover has also been fitted with a brand new steering box.  The lights are all new including the headlights and interior lights. Also the front to rear wiring loom that runs through the chassis is new.
The Land rover has been rebuilt using many new parts which I have the invoices for. the main parts I have fitted include:Fuel tankFront seat's which are Exmoor trim high backsCubby box from Exmoor trimRear and through the chassis wiring loomExmoor trim soundproofing inside worth £400Heated front window screens £80 per side Complete exhaust for 300 tdi from Steve Parker 3/4 hood stick set and canvas hoodAll new seals though out the the gear box and axles Radiator and pipesComplete clutch And many more parts through out including seals. nut and bolts and many other items such as mirror inside and out. and electrical switches.
The axles have been fitted with 200 tdi 10 spline discovery high ratio diffs also supplied with the original standard diffs.  
I've built it for everyday use and comfort for the driver with extra's as dab radio and speakers. without effecting the classic look to much inside and looks as standard as possible on the outside   
I have had many parts shot blasted including the bulkhead. front panel. wheels and many other parts. most of these parts have been galvanised to prevent rust. including galvanised seat frames front and rear. bulkhead . front panel. door bottom frames and all the original galvanised parts have been re-galvanised 
The 300 tdi engine 
The engine was removed from a 1995 discovery 1 it still has its turbo and intercooler. when the engine was removed it had done 103. 00 miles. I fitted it with a. new head gasket. cambelt. water pump. front and rear crankseals. new serpentine belt tensioner and belt. new p gasket and a new lift pump. The engine is perfect for the land rover as it starts and runs perfectly. pulls well and will sit at 65-70 mph comfortably.
