Hello up for sale is my stunning 1965 Mustang Fastback. the car is in very good condition throughout. details are as follows. /span>
The car was painted around 4 years ago in gloss black with painted Tempest Grey Le Mans stripes and lower side stripes. I have just had some recent paintwork done on the car to take care of some minor scuffs and scratches etc and it looks really nice now. it is also a factory black car.

It is fitted with a fibreglass bonnet with air scoop and Mustang tri bar grille emblem to give it the Shelby look.

The chrome is all recently new and in good condition. as is the taillight trims and gas cap.

Glass all in very good condition.

It is a factory V8 car.

1965 dated 289 V8 bored 0. 030” over. excellent smooth running engine with no issues. was rebuilt about 6 years ago in the States including new pistons. crank. large oil sump and cam etc.

Tri Power(three 2 barrel carbs) induction system at a cost of $2k. this has been recently set up properly and performs great with plenty of power. the car is very quick.

Cobra Valve covers and air cleaner

Recent new wiring harness

New Aluminium radiator

New distributor with Petronix Ignitor II and matching coil

New Petronix HT leads

TCP aluminium engine bay brace

New K & N air filter

Brand new exhaust system including Scott Drake stainless steel headers and 3” Magnaflows. sounds incredible. it can be heard before you see it coming.

1965 dated C4 automatic transmission rebuilt 2 years ago at a cost of £1300. this included a new torque converter. transmission cooler and flexplate.

The brake system has recently been overhauled with much money spent. the fronts have been upgraded to power discs from SSBC – Force 10. the rear have been overhauled with new shoes and drums. the master cylinder and rear slave cylinder have also been replaced not long ago.

Suspension has also been gone through. new rear leaf springs. front and rear Edelbrock shocks with 1” lowered coils at the front. new bushings. track rods. lower control arm and ball joints.

Mileage shows 70. 49

Manual steering.

The Mustang is fitted with American Racing Outlaw II wheels in very good condition.

Tyres are not that old and all 4 have good tread on them.

MOT'd till August 2013

Taxed till end of July 2013 . it is exempt anyway

Interior was fully refurbed about 3 years ago with lots of new parts including carpet. front and rear seat covers. headlining. door cards. Rally Pac. woodgrain instrument bezel. woodgrain glove box door. Shelby style automatic shifter. Grant woodgrain steering wheel.
Fold down rear seat.
Mustang logo floor mats.
All gauges work except for the speedometer.

JVC CD/DVD player with built in screen and iPod connection. 2 JBL front speakers and 2 JBL rear speakers

So to conclude although not concourse this is a very nice car in lovely condition that is ready to enjoy just in time for the summer. these cars are going up in value so it's a good investment also. I would expect anyone serious to come and view the car but please only come if you are serious about buying.
