The 129 SL is now being given the credit it is due. and is gaining in popularity and value. As a Youngtimer classic. with unbeatable build quality. it is an extremely rewarding convertible to live with. Fitted with the later V6 engine and 5 speed auto box makes it the preferred model.

Originally supplied by Jacksons of Bournemouth. it has never strayed from Main Dealers for the purposes of servicing . with the exception of its last service by the SL Shop. who sold the car to its last owner. That service was undertaken at 63946 miles. In total it has had five owners.

It comes with the owners manual pack. past MOT's. spare key and receipts for work undertaken in the past.

The colour combination of black and nappa safffron is an extremely handsome one. The interior leather is unmarked. The wood finish. in a chestnut colour. is unusual but very effective. All of the three windows in the soft top have just been replaced.

The overall condition of the bodywork is extremely good.

In conclusion this example has been well maintained and cherished. It offers effortless cruising ability in the right colour combination. with sensible mileage covered.
