This is a ‘Fourth Generation' Ford F100 Stepside pick-up. 1965 was the penultimate production year this particular body style (produced from 1961-1966). 1965 was a significant year for the F-Series due to the introduction of the new ‘Twin I-Beam' front suspension and coil springs. which continued as the vehicle's foundation until 1979.

1965 was also the first year for the optional larger capacity 352 Cubic Inch (5. 8 litre) FE-series V8 motor.

This is a totally solid example. having the (original) top of the range 352 V8 engine coupled with a 3-speed manual ('Three on the tree') column shift gearbox.

Recently imported direct from Eastern California. this is a very solid truck in good mechanical order. It would benefit from a little tidying or could be driven pretty much 'as is'. As is typical of vehicles from this part of the USA. the truck is as solid as they come.
