Jaguar E Type V12 Auto FHC

This is an original UK registered Matching number RHD E Type V12 Auto. egistered 25/11/71 so Tax Exempt. Driving very well does not overheat or make any unusual rattles. uto box works as it should and is smooth in its operation. Brakes are OK and do not pull to one side or the other. handbrake is poor as is the norm with its type . The leather interior is in very good condition. ebasto roof in excellent condition but the wind deflector is missing. This is a genuine classic car in need of paintwork renovation. t is by no means a concours car but is well worth making good. I have traced the previous owner history of the car with DVLA and discovered it was owned by a celebrity/pop star.  Regarding the paintwork. here is an area about 6" square on the bonnet where the paint has been damaged by a tin of glue left on top of the cars cover which leaked and burnt into the paint as it went unnoticed for a while. he rest of the paint work has marks and blemishes on it as I have done nothing with the body in my ownership I just used it as is because from 10 feet away it very presentable. he n/s/r bumper corner is rusted at its mounting bracket(been like this since Ive had it) and the rest of the bumpers are showing their age. I am being quite critical about the car but i dont want to waste anyones time. t is almost 42 years old and very straight. its not been messed with but does need and deserve some attention to return it to its former glory. he interior as I have said is excellent with just a small bit of wear on the front carpets. It will drive anywhere provided of course you can stand the fuel consumption. The car was Motd today 15/6/2014 and will be taxed this week. erviced prior to testing with new plugs . il. elts bottom ball joints .    Car is in Southern Ireland. can deliver it to ferry port for winning bidder at cost by prior arrangement but only after receipt of cleared funds for the total amount.
The winning bidder must pay £200 non refundable deposit by paypal and make contact within 12 hours. with the balance by cash on collection  .
Some of you out there in E Bay land may have realised that the car was listed and sold about 8 weeks ago which is correct. cancelled the sale due to work comitments causing me to be away and therefore unable to complete the sale . On the plus side I have been able to use this time to have the car serviced and Motd.  The car is advertised elsewhere so I may end the auction early if sold.
