up for auction is a 34 ford tudor victoria model # 740. it is an earlier restoration. but is in remarkable condition. it has been stored in an enclosed environment for over 25 years. this was an authentic "body off frame" restoration. and includes correct 21 stud V/8 engine. mechanical brakes. mohair interior. firestone deluxe wide white wall tires. this was the first offering of an opening trunk for the new 34' V/8 ford. this car is complete and even has the correct bellows to prevent items from falling out of the trunk area. engine runs strong with no smoke or rattles. and is plenty powerful for an 80 plus year old automobile. the transmission operates correctly and the rear end is quiet. this is the deluxe model ford and is equip with dual horns. cowl lamps. dual tail lamps. chrome windshield frame. wood grained dash and garnish moldings. etc. every thing works as it should on this vintage auto. and it drives very good. as stated this is an older restoration. and the paint. although. quite good does show some flaws in a few areas. the interior though is beautiful and looks like it was installed only a short time ago. the chrome is in very presentable condition. and all of the glass has been replaced as well. if you want a correct "RARE" example of an early V/8 ford. this may be your opportunity to own one. this vintage vehicle is offered at a lower than appraised value. so here's your chance!!
