1972 Jensen Interceptor Sports Coupe 7. 2 Litre Automatic finished in Claret with Cream Leather interior trim. The car has been in storage and not used on the road since c. 2001 and requires Restoration.  I have spent a lot of money on the car carrying out considerable works to get the engine running after the car's long storage. to include the overhaul of cylinder head. valves replaced as necessary and valves ground in. New head gasket. New inlet manifold and valley gaskets. New exhaust manifold and downpipe gaskets. New rockercover gasket and New waterpump. A New set of HT leads. New rotor arm and New electronic pickup in the distributor have also been fitted. along with a New battery. The engine now runs well and the transmission takes up drive and reverse and the car can be driven onto a transporter. The car has also had two brand New bonnet hinges fitted. a common problem area on these cars. The car has four brand New tyres fitted.  
Despite the above work having been carried out. please be clear that the car is sold as requiring  Restoration after being in storage and not used on the road for many years.  
These exquisite handbuilt 1970's supercars are increasing in value but still represent tremendous value for money when compared to Aston Martins of the same period. and can surely only increase in value further and should prove be a good investment for the future .
