Citroen Traction Avant 11bl. WW2 camo paint. Florida titled as 1938 cannot verify year but vin matches Title (I have been told its probably a 1949 though) . suicide doors.
4408 kilometers on odometer.
Engine turns and will run! 
Solid frame. rusty floor. missing windshield and back glass. door glass is all there and good. great rare project to restore or rat rod it!
