This 1958 Chevrolet Impala represents a highly desirable model. of a one-year design. in a desirable black-on-black scheme. and best of all. it's a big-block tri-power hardtop with complete control of a manual transmission.


We know one reason why you can't take your eyes off this car. paint. That black is part of a modern professional application. so you get the kind of attention-grabbing shine that you can only get from a super-slick clearcoat. But it takes more than paint to get it looking so right. Only an investment in the straightest bodywork will allow for a mirror black to look this good. The car is a visual delight. too. with awesome details everywhere you look. Check out the chrome grille that runs from end to end in the front of this lower. wider. longer '58 Chevy. The hardtop styling of the top-of-the-line Impala just looked fast standing still. and you can see how this first-year car really launched the now legendary nameplate. The sides had full-length chrome trim. and starting in the rear quarters began an outline that would seamlessly wrap around the taillights for an appearance like tailfins turned on their side a very cool iconic touch. All this brightwork is essential for the '58 Impala's style. and all is present and shining. Even the factory stylized wheel covers and whitewalls are on this one. so you know some real time and money was spent getting this big Chevy right.


A vast majority of the interior appears to be new. including the carpets. seat covers. dash pad. and wonderfully bright door panels. The black seats get a cool tri-tone insert that both breaks up the sea of darkness. and adds distinction. So you know this full-size Chevy can carry everyone in distinctive comfort. The dashboard is a big step forward compared to the '57s. and the correct two-spoke jet-age inspired steering wheel is beautifully finished in a two-tone. with lots of chrome details. The gauges are nicely rendered with crisp numbers on black backgrounds. and you even get the very important tachometer.


Take a good look at the engine bay. because the honest-looking black air cleaner is almost hiding the factory beast within. 1958 is a very desirable year because it was the first time the big block V8 was available in passenger cars. If you were really lucky. a 348 cubic-inch motor came with the tri-power (triple two-barrel carburetor) you see here. The powerful V8 motor made you the king of the streets. and the dual exhaust had the sound to back it up. Plus. those who were paying attention when ordering also got the three-speed manual transmission. Are you starting to get the picture on this one? We file all the necessary documents for export. deliver the car to a US port. secure it in containers and board an ocean carrier. We can land a vehicle to any port worldwide handling container traffic. We export cars regularly and are familiar with export requirements. You. or your agent. are responsible for Custom clearing the vehicle and registration in your own country.
