This 1930 Ford Model A Street Rod is powered by a 454 CID Small Block Stroker V8 crate engine. backed by a TH400 3-speed automatic transmission. and running to Winters Quick Change Rear End with 4. 11 gears. The 454 CID small block V8 is a Motown Hardcore 454 crate engine that is rated at 600 horsepower and 575 ft. /lbs. of torque! This is accomplished by using a Motown cast iron 400 CID small block with 4 bolt mains that is bored and stroked out to a 454 CID and dropping in a Eagle 4340 forged steel "stroker" crank. forged aluminum pistons. Manley 4340 forged steel H-Beam connecting rods. solid lifter cam with Motown 220cc Aluminum Heads with aluminum roller rockers. a Motown Aluminum Intake and a Holley 4-barrel carburetor on top.
