Although shes a lovely looking car. she isnt quite how described by the company i purchased from (palm desert autos. avoid !) Any way she was described as rust free however she needs some repair to the trunk panel which i have uploaded a photo. not a big job yes a drastically increased price but thats what she would be worth and shes worth much more than im asking now. Mechanically great and responsive. i drove her 200 miles with no problems back from southampton. changes gear smoothly. picks up well. all the gauges work. doesnt overheat she really is a cracking drive. I took her for mot and she failed on the following the aforementioned rust on the trunk (as previously stated not an intense job. you can obtain the panels here in the uk. 4 hours work at best for the competent welder. about 3 days for your mate jimmy to sort it rear dampner bush wornneeds 1 new wiper arm number plate light dont workmain beam not workingSo a weekends work at most to sort. There are other things you could do to improve i. e change seals on windows and back lights. it all depends on how you want it. show winner or daily driver. The interior is all tan. headliner is good and in one piece. tan leather and tan carpets from factory. just been shampood and shes come up like new. machine buffed and again come up like new. she is a sunroof model so like every other 912 e advert in the u. k ill throw in the old wikepeidia quote "only 2000 built and one of 500 with a sunroof !".  although sunroof currently inop but dont let this get to you im hoping to fix before sale. you can here the motor when you try to open. Genuine fuchs that have polished up a treat. pans are pretty straight and clean. coated in stone chip (not fresh. im assuming a factory coat) original engine and drivetrain 2. 0 aircooled and still running the injection set up without problems.
