Here is a beautiful 1967 Mercedes 250SE Coupe in Silver with Black leather. This car is a manual  with less than 100. 00 miles on the original engine. She has a black hardtop and silver exterior. This very nice SE is not perfect and far from a 100pt Show car. however. she is definitely an SE you can drive every day without hesitation and without feeling guilty about. This example has had 2 owners over the course of its' 48 years with myself as the 3rd owner. The undercarriage has no rust at the moment  and the frame has zero rot. One thing is for sure; this stunning SE is mechanically sound and drives fantastic. The engine has been completely retuned with new spark plugs. wires. condenser. rotor. points and ignition and many many other parts have been replaced. Just a few other of the many new parts include: new fuel injector. master cylinder. brakes. radiator. oil cooler. tires. hoses. wiper motor. battery. and the option of A/C which was factory installed ne. Engine does not leak any fluids (small amount of seepage which is common in older cars ) Original manuals and spare tire. lug wrench and kit are also included.

Here is what I know to be true as documented in a History Channel Special:

“…………. Of the cars Mercedes ever made. the 280SE is quite possibly their finest work to date. This car was built to drive. Its' engine will last forever as long as the oil is changed and it isdriven.

Its' engine was designed for driving. Once this vehicle “sits”. as with the low mileage I have seen offered for sale. is when trouble begins. If the vehicle is not driven. it can go much sooner……”

About this car:

This is another great example of precision German engineering. The engine starts right up with no hesitation and idles nicely. Transmission shifts smoothly and makes it a lot of fun to drive. The vehicle starts. runs and drives well; it could easily be used as a daily driver. Everything works on this car. Nice. presentable every-day driver that does not need any work in order to be enjoyed immediately. Car has no problem developing high speeds and tires are not pulling in any direction. Again. not Concours d'Elegance (which I have attended last month) but it is a perfect driver. I would dare to start this car and drive it across the country. It starts on a dime and will drive you anywhere. It has no rust whatsoever but it has some evidence of  rust repair. The title is clear. in my name and the car can be exported. transferred and registered in any state.

Now here are some highlights:

·Paint is less than 1 year old

·A Euro model with gauges in KMPH with MANUAL 4 speed transmission

·100% RUST FREE

·All gauges work and clock does keep time but needs resetting every now and again

·Headliner is new

·Original Paint color 180G –Silver

·Carpets are new The original interior color was black and is nicely restored.

·The wood on the dash are intact. has bowed a bit. but restored nicely (see photso)

·Tires are new
