 This 2011 Cadillac CTS V Coupe has only been driven by one owner and has never been driven in the snow or on any gravel roads . This car has never been taken through an automatic car wash  ! This car has the Cadillac dealer installed spoiler on the trunk lid that gives it a much sportier look . 25796  original miles . mostly highway as I live in a small town about  35  minutes south east of Winnipeg . Manitoba . Canada ! The car has tons of power and really fun to drive.  ! This car has all the options . Navigation . Brembo brakes . Recaro leather/ cloth insert seats . imited slip . agnetic ride control with sport suspension . Corsa after market exhaust system which gives this car a real nice sound . Dual frontal air bags  .  I have been parking this car in my garage just before the snow falls here in Manitoba since I bought it brand new  and the car has not been taken out of the garage until all the snow has melted in the spring and the roads are cleaned up . This is why the mileage is so low. Its only been serviced at the Cadillac dealership that I bought it at in Winnipeg . Manitoba. Canada and I have never had any mechanical problems with this car to speak of .   The car has never been in an accident . I have never raced this car or driven it imprudently . I have really babied this car from the time I bought it . I am the guy who goes to the mall and parks his car a mile away . if you know what I mean when you have a nice car like this . I have always been super careful where I take it and park it .  There are no dents or scratches ! It has the remainder of the factory warranty 160. 00 KM / 5 year powertrain . I have replaced the original tires with factory size Goodyear  Eagle F1 in April 2014 . so the tires are like brand new ! The only reason why I am selling this car is because I would like to buy a corvette next year ! I am a McDonalds restaurant owner / operator here in Steinbach . Manitoba and I like to think I am well respected in the community ! Who ever buys this car is getting a good deal in my opinion because I have taken really good care of this car !
