Up for sale is one 1950 Lincoln Cosmopolitan Six-Passenger Coupe. This car is quite rare with very low production numbers. This is not a "Baby Lincoln" made from a Mercury. This is a true Lincoln!This car requires a total restoration. I had the engine running in 2005. It has not run since then.  The body of the car will need floors and trunk floor rust repair. The windows and front seat are hydraulic and so that system would need to be gone through. There is a brand new windshield in the back seat. The interior is complete and could be used as a good template for a new interior. This is a very luxurious car that requires time and effort to get on the road. It is not a driver. but a challenging project for a Lincoln enthusiast. It is a fine example of Lincoln developments for decades to come. Please ask questions about this car. Review the photos and be sure you are able to take on such a neat project. Do your research into these style of cars. You will find they are quite rare.  One option is to take the 337 and Hydra-matic transmission out  and put it into a Model A. You would have your very own Hot Rod Lincoln. Just like the song. I will help load the car. I prefer that the purchaser arranges the shipment. Local pick up only
