This Porsche has a history. I have owned this car for over 4 years now with plans of a concourse restoration.

The car started its life as a 1970 911T. the Previous owner did a mild restoration and converted the car to a RS lightweight tribute car with steel fenders and all the correct bumpers/spoilers etc.

The car was having some work done at a body shop from where it was stolen. The Insurance company recovered the car (after paying the client out) and sold it to a prosche specialits who sold it to me as he had to many projects on the go.

I have kept this car because as a Porsche entusiast these are becoming almost a imposibility to find in this condition.

Prices for the 70's 911's have skyrocked in the last 4 years with a stock restored cars going for 90-150K.

The Origional 1973 911 (M471) RS Lighweight cars are now selling for 1. 4. -1. 6 Million.

The concourse restored  "tribute" cars are in the 200-250K range and rising. Non concourse. non RS motor cars are selling for 95-130K Range.

The car is in the exact same condition as when I bought it 4 years ago and still has primer in spots from the body shop where they were doing touch ups when it was stolen.

The motor is currently a non running 2. 2 ( Was running 4 years ago when I parked it in a climate controlled garage)

I also have a brand new full powdercoated cage for the car. it has sport bucket seats and I have a set of boxster S calipers that come with the sale (Just extra parts that I wouldnt of used with the restoration anyways)

Someone has a lot of options here. they could give it a quick paint and a few little finishes and be on the road very quickly with a great little RS track car or they could dig in and have a car that is incrediable for a base concourse restoration car.

I have access to a real 73 911 RS motor if a client is interested in doing what I wanted with a full concourse restoration.

All offers will be heard but there is no rush to sell this car.

It can continue to sit and gain value yearly in my garage or until I make it around to restoring it.
