I am listing this 1971 Oldsmobile 442 convertible for a friend. This is not my vehicle. However. being a collector car enthusiast and Ebay enthusiast. I did not hesitate to offer this car for sale under my account given its condition and history. For sale is authentic. 1971 Oldsmobile 442 Convertible 455  (one of 1304 produced). This car is powered by a non matching 1971 date coded 455 Olds engine. Car is finished in its original Saturn Gold (code 53) exterior with black stripes and black interior. Car is factory equipped with options such as Ram Air hood. air conditioning. tilt steering wheel. power windows. power convertible top. dual gate his and her shifter. tinted glass. and am-fm radio. super stock wheels. power steering. power disc brakes. bucket seats. factory tachometer. The current owner purchased this car approximately 18 years ago from a gentleman in St. Charles Missouri. Since then. the car has received an impressive paint job and frame on restoration. The black accent stripe is painted not a decal. Rechromed bumpers. new weatherstrips. retrofitted a/c. new exhaust. front end work. new convertible top. new tires. etc. By all indications . t appears that this car has never been rusted. The original frame is in excellent condition as well as the floor pans and trunk floor. According to the current owner. the rear quarters were replaced prior to his purchase The engine has been rebuilt (. 30 over) approximately 20k miles ago and runs super. The 400 th transmission has been recently rebuilt.    Receipts included

 I have inspected this car and can attest that the body work is exceptional. The body is very straight. The inner and outer rockers are immaculate. the lower fenders are rust free and the lower doors are spotless as the pictures will support. The body is free from door dings. scratches. and dents. The black interior is immaculate. The dash is free from cracks. the carpet appears new. the seats do not have any rips.

This is a turn key 442 that will compliment any muscle car collection.
