Chrysler's lineup for 1960 had some of the wildest fins. longest lines and most avant garde interiors of all time. Virgil Exner's “Forward look” cars were taken one step further. after every other automaker had toned down their lines. The massive steering wheel is the original. as is the rest of the interior down to the carpet! Yes—I'm talking about a fanatically maintained. 100% factory installed interior! There are no rips or tears in the unusual bench seats. the door panels are excellent and the headliner and sun visors are clean. There's even an oil change sticker in the door jamb from April of 1970—talk about a time capsule! The massive grille up front is in excellent shape is framed by a pair of re-chromed headlight bezels. Both bumpers have been re-chromed. and are in excellent condition. all of the trim is instance and bright. and the correct Executive Gray Poly paint is fresh. This is an all original sheet-metal car and it shows. New set of Kelsey Hayes wire wheels with new 235/75/15 Coker Classic wide whitewalls are a huge improvement! The badges. emblems and door handles are all in excellent shape. the original lenses are still clear and the body shape is very cool! If you show up at a “big fin” contest in this baby. everyone else will simply pack up and leave the minute you pull in to the parking lot!

Having travelled only 63. 00 total miles. there's a lot of life left in this incredible near-survivor Chrysler big fin car. Cool styling. a low production volume and a horrific survival rate combine to make this a unique sighting at any car show. large or small.
