Up for bidding is one of the rarest cars you'll ever see. A 1981 Oldsmobile Omega convertible! This is one of 300 or so that General Motors had built by the same people that did the 1980-1981 Camaro's and Firbird rag tops. some think its a custom car. its not. GM actualy built this car! Its got 127000 original kms on it and it runs good shifts good and starts right up. Its got a new convertible top ($1800. 000) tires are average. needs a windshield and front brakes (it will drive onto a trailer but not home). There is no rust on the body and I suspect its original paint. Everything works as it should. I've owned many collector cars over the years and NOTHING and I mean nothing gets attention like this car. You'll be the star of the show and shine for having the oddest car there. no one will remember the Red Mustang or the Black Camaro that they saw. but everyone will remember this car because its unique. I have 3 other summer cars and I need to thin the herd so the Omega is up for sale. I dont need to sell it but I would like to sell it. These weren't exactly the pinicle of GM engineering. its an Omega people and it drives like one (this is a driver quality car) so please keep your expectations in check. If your looking for a perfect car this aint it. If you want something thats unique. cool that runs and drives good then this is the car. No reserve! I've listed. sold and paid ebay twice to sell this car and twice the buyer has backed out for lame reasons. like they didn't know how much shipping was or they "accidently" put in a bid. So I've lowered my reserve way down and limited the buyers to CANADA ONLY to simplify things. If your from somewhere elese you have to phone me before bidding or I will cancel your bid. I have not left negative feedback to the last two non paying bidders. if it happens again I will leave bad feedback and the non paying bidder will be responsible for paying my listing fees. So please talk to your ; wife. minister. barber. mailman. psychic reader and perferably your shipper prior to making a bid if you need to (remember it needs brakes). My appologies to all the good ebayer out there for having to read this paragraph but I have to put this in.
