The Ferrari P4 is a name that captures the imagination and may
be considered one of the most revered Ferraris of all time.
Although beautiful. with its curvaceous sleek lines. it still
retains an aggressive demeanour of a pure. Le Mans. sports racing
car. Only one complete car remains of the four originally built. br/>and therefore. an elusive sight for many Ferrari enthusiasts. It is
perhaps not surprising. given their scarcity. that this great
design would be replicated and so it has with varying degrees of
quality. One of these companies. Neil Foreman's. N F Auto
Developments. is considered to be one of the finest. NF
Auto Developments was established in 1991 after Neil Foreman had
built himself a spectacular Ferrari P4 replica. By 1998 the company
had completed development of its own P4-inspired replica that
became available as the Foreman Mk4.

We are delighted to offer this stunning recreation of Ferrari's
World Sportscar Championship-winning P4 and supplied by N F Auto
Developments. In fact. we are informed that Neil Foreman personally
supervised the build; a fact reflected in the quality of the
finished article. Another important factor is that this P4
recreation. completed in 2011. has successfully undergone the
rigorous IVA Approval with the certificate recorded within the well
presented and detailed history file. The car is built with a
spaceframe chassis clothed with modern composite material with
riveting detail adding to the look. Such is the quality that it is
hard to find any imperfections upon the gleaming Ferrari Racing Red
coachwork. The 16 inch three-piece alloy wheels (P4
Specification) shod with Pirelli P6000 Tyres complete the exterior
picture. On the inside the interior is finished with black
leather seats and hand stitched diamond pattern trim elsewhere. br/>finished with red stitching. Lift the popped on trim surrounding
the sills and B-posts and discover the quality of the riveted
aluminium work and storage lockers. The occupants are secured by
Sabelt safety harnesses and the driver is kept informed via
the Racetech electronic instruments. A Mota-Lita steering
wheel provides directional control and gear changes are made via
the aluminium gate to the right of the driver. What really matters
is the power supply provided by the 5. 7 litre V8 Chevrolet engine
(supplied crated new at build) that is mated to a Renault 30 five
speed gearbox. enabling the huge amount of power to be
delivered.

This Ferrari P4 recreation is correctly UK registered as a
Foreman P4 and we are advised will arrive at the sale with a fresh
MoT test certificate. Less than 200 miles have been covered since
its completion in 2011. so all there is to do is to jump in and
enjoy this magnificent motor car.
