Presented here for your inspection and consideration is this 1970 Mercedes Benz 300sel 6. 3. This is the epitome of German engineering coupled with an awesome display of large displacement factory horsepower and torque.
This is a rust free example finished in the original color DB158H (grey white) with a contrasting black interior. The panel fit. coach work and paint finish are all excellent with great closing gaps. The interior is also excellent with warm wood veneer surfaces coupled with black seating surfaces with firm foam cushions and black carpet and original door panels.
All instruments and switch gear function as you would expect. including the electric window lifts. The trunk is fitted with the original rubber mat and includes the spare tire. wheel and jack.
This Mercedes runs strong and the transmission shifts well. The brakes haul the car down from speed with with no problem. The factory A/C blows cold.
The buyer is responsible for shipping and insurance. Buyer to forward 10% of the total sales price within 3 days of auction close and the balance. in certified funds. within 10 days of close of auction. The car may remain in its present secure storage facility for an additional 30 days while the buyer makes travel and shipping arrangements.
