For Sale – my Giulia 1300Ti.   After 10 years of ownership. she very sadly has to go due to a change of career.   In my ownership the following work has been done –

engine changed to a 1600 unit with twin 33DHLA Dellortos. Harvey-Bailey suspension upgrade fitted (lowered and stiffened springs. Bilstein gas dampers. thicker front anti-roll bar). poly bushes where recommended by EB Spares. new Bendix brake servo. new brake master cylinder. new distributor. new radiator hoses. recon calipers all round with Speedbleeders. new carb mounts. propshaft centre mount. single box exhaust. new door seal rubbers.

The carbs breath through Pipercross filters and together with the exhaust sounds great. Starts on the button every time. has good oil pressure and does not overheat in traffic.   A bit smoky on overrun but by no means at the embarrassing stage! The brakes are superb and the gearbox is very smooth with no issues at all.

There are currently Stil-Auto (Chromodora) alloys fitted with 185/65-14 Yokohama C-drive tyres.   I also have the original steel wheels with virtually new tyres fitted which can come with the deal.

Please note the wooden steering wheel is not included and will be replaced with the original black one prior to sale.

Bodywork – this is clearly not a pristine example and definitely looks better in the photos than in the flesh. Multiple variations on the maroon theme are evident along with areas of original patina. Since buying the car it has not required any welding for MOT but has been welded in the past in areas such as passenger footwell. small patch on front crossmember. rear wheel arch internal surface. underneath rear seat at offside corner. I think the sills have also been replaced. The door frames are rust free but a couple of the door skins have been filled at the bottom. When I got it I treated the arches with Hammerite/Waxoyl and the inner wings remain perfect. Also the sills are full of Waxoyl as are the front crossmember and box sections. There is some filler around the front lights but again with regular treatment they have remained looking ok. The main area of concern at the moment is the front valance on the offside. although it is not close to affecting the ARB mounting points. The boot floor at the back left corner also looks to have been filled at some stage.

The front seats are pretty ropey and there is a small tear in the rear seatbase.   The headlining is stained and has come loose at the back left corner.

Overall a car that drives really well and has been hurled around Knockhill on trackdays with no dramas at all. Very useable and could easily be maintained as an honest classic.    I have managed to keep it in one piece with a lot of work early on and then regular inspection and Waxoyling.   Insurance agreed value is £4250.

Usual “bidding to buy” warning applies.   Viewers welcome at any time as I can be very flexible with my work hours. Any questions please get in touch. Mobile - 07585112332
