Payment Methods:
Certified Check. Bank Wire Transfer. or 3rd-Party Financing. All funds must be in USD only. Please be sure to have full payment and/or approved financing in place before making your final bid. Call us for more information.

Deposit:
The successful high bidder will submit a $500 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the close of the auction to secure the vehicle.

Payment of Balance Due:
The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Additional Fees and Taxes:
Out of state buyers are responsible for all state. county. city taxes and fees. as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Florida Residents pay 6% sales tax on the final sale price of the vehicle. All buyers are charged a $499 documentation fee. We may be required to collect sales tax for your state. Shipping:

We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. This particular car was converted to a Cabriolet many years ago. Using many OE Mercedes Benz items to complete the conversion. From the factory amber lighting in the front and side markers. to the rear fold away top that sinks into the rear of the car as it should. Expenses' were not spared. The car has been maintained with us since 2009. with much work completed in the last 5. 00 miles at considerable expense. Cosmetically. the car is in attractive condition. The paint presents well with shine and depth. and virtually shows no chips and blemishes. The panels are straight and rust-free. with out door sag. The lights and glass excellent. and chrome trimmings have a mirror finish. Interior is in prestige condition. With the OE seating. cognac hides and wood and chrome accents all in above average condition.   The trunk and engine compartment have an honest unrestored feel.
