Greetings to All!! imotors is quite pleased to offer possibly the nicest 1956 Cadillac Series 62 Sedan available anywhere!  I just LOVE old Caddys. I grew up with them in my family. and my father was a staunch Cadillac man his entire life. If you drove a Cadillac back then. you were "IT". You had "Arrived"!! Owning a Cadillac was the epitome of Success!!! My Dad's first Cadillac was a Dark Green '56 sedan that he purchased sometime in the early sixties. so I have a soft spot for this one!! Had I not meticulously restored a 1954 Buick Skylark(My Dad had one of those also!). I would never sell this car. EVER!!!! It is quite special. and was very very much loved by the gentleman that I purchased it from. Personal circumstances forced him to liquidate his Cadillac collection. and re-locate to Florida!! There are 100 pictures below that tell most of the story. Please use the inside scroll bar. or you will miss many of the detailed photographs.

I am told that this is a mostly original car that has had one repaint many years ago. The previous owner tells me that is was like this when he purchased it way back in 2003. It is nice and shiny. as well as laser straight with excellent gaps and panel fit. He also tells me that the bumpers were re-chromed by the famous "Pauls Chrome" in Mars Pa. They are stunning. and of course show quality. Notice how well the alignment is. they fit perfectly! Most of the rest of the chrome on the car is original. and has some very slight pitting. The worst of it is on the upright pieces on the rear doors. I would leave it as is. no big deal! The stainless throughout the car is in fantastic condition. It is bright and shiny with no dings or damage noted. There are detailed photos below. The interior is said to be all original. with the exception of the carpets and the front door panels. The padded dash looks just like it did 58 years ago!!! As far as I know. the clock. the radio. and the power antenna are the only non-working items on the car. The radio hums. but no noise. It runs and drives fantastic. especially with brand new radial tires all around!! Nice and smooth with no vibrations. or noise. Mileage of 36. 00 is said to be actual!! Everyone who sees the Gorgeous Cadillac is amazed at how Beautiful it is. I can't see haow anyone would be the slightest bit disappointed in any way!! Bid with the utmost of confidence!! We have a clean Pennsylvania title that reads ACTUAL MILEAGE!!

Caddy lovers everywhere get weak in the knees when one like this becomes available. A collector owned. always garaged example that was apparently treated like one of the family!

The area behind the skirts is quite prone to the rust demon. None noted!!!

The original rear exhaust inserts are still present. Bumpers have been expertly plated by the famous "Paul's Chrome". and are simply stunning!

There are no pits on any of the bumper pieces. and have been plated to show quality!








No pits or damage noted here!


 Most of these have rust here. not ours!.

Amazingly there are no age. or stress cracks in the tail light lenses








I believe that this was the most Luxurious Cadillac Sedan built. Everywhere you look there is a special attention to detail and craftsmanship!!


None of the typical wear here!!
