Mercedes-Benz : 190-Series 190 SL

Incredible opportunity for the right buyer who has been looking for an all original 1960 Mercedes 190 SL with very low miles.   Hard to believe. but this vehicle only has 36. 39 original miles! My grandfather purchased new in 1960. He gave it to my dad in 1969. nbsp;who owned it until he recently passed away. We miss you dad! The vehicle is titled in Nebraska. and the title is dated Jan 3. 1969. I recall my dad rarely driving it. which would only be in spring and summer.   Vehicle has never been in an accident. has original paint and interior. And I should mention again. it really only has 36. 39 original miles. That's not a typo.   I've checked the value on the internet. and a restored 1960 190 SL in all original condition is worth a small fortune and prices have been going up.   How many of these exist in the world with less than 40. 00 original miles? Here's your chance to own a classic.

Vehicle hasn't been driven in over 20 years.   We weren't able to find the keys to the car.   Car has a little rust. and the hard top has a couple small dents which I remember my dad saying the moving company caused. I think it might be a convertible. but there is no soft top and I never remember my dad ever having the top off. The car did run when it was last driven back in the early 1990's. but hasn't been driven since then.   It has always been stored in my dads garage. Vehicle needs new keys. nbsp;new fluids. tune up. and likely a little more to get it running again.  The pictures will give you an idea of the condition.

Vehicle is being sold AS IS - WHERE IS.   No expressed or implied warranties.  Please bid accordingly.   A 1963 190 SL recently sold on Ebay for nearly $50. 00. and it was in much. much worse condition.   It also had around 250. 00 miles.   If reserve price isn't met. I'll continue to periodically relist until vehicle is sold.   As of now. there is no Buy It Now price.   Please don't ask.

 PAYMENT

Once auction ends. the winning bidder is required to contact the seller within 24 hours to make payment arrangements.   Payment can only be made to the seller by Cashier's Check or some other form of certified transfer in US dollars. Full payment of the final price is due within seven (7) days of this auction closing.  Once full payment is received and cleared by my bank. which is Wells Fargo. the seller will be provided clear title. Again. full payment must be made and cleared by Wells Fargo prior to shipping or car is made available to the winning bidder.
