1959 Edsel Villager Wagon

This is a nicely restored 1959 Edsel 6 passenger wagon.   There is no

visible rust on the body or chassis.    The car is very straight and solid.

The paint is very shiny and shows very well.   There are a few minor

blems here and there. but nothing that detracts from its 

overall presence.   The car spent most of its life in Tennessee.

The interior is very nice with recovered seats.    The door panels. headliner and

carpet are all very good.   The car has its original 332 V8 and Mile-O-Matic

transmission both of which have been rebuilt.   All functions and gauges are

in working order.   The car drives very well and the transmission

shifts good.    It sounds great and bows no smoke.   The bumpers have been

replated and the stainless polished.   The cargo area has been restored

with new carpet.   The chassis is very clean and painted in satin black.

Four new tires and new carburetor.  

This is a wonderful and rare Edsel!

A deposit of $500 is required within 48 hours of sale

and the balance of payment is due within 7 days of sale

by certified check.   The buyer is responsible for

transport of the vehicle. but I an assist with arrangements

if desired.   A transferable New York registration will

be sent to the buyer after final payment is received

and cleared.     New York state does not title cars older than 1975.

The registration contains all the same information

and is accepted by all other states.
