The 1971 Mercedes-Benz 280 SE 3. 5 Cabriolet was produced for only one year and imported to the United States with the M116 V8 engine.   Only 1. 32 of these convertibles were ever produced.   This Moss Green 3. 5 originally belonged to a movie executive in California.   It is fitted with the very popular Floor Shift Transmission. Burl Wood Dashboard. and the car is totally rust free. The Benz has had the chrome removed and re-plated to make sure it is show quality. as well the undercarriage has been detailed including re-plating all of the cadmium surfaces. The new leather interior. as well as the matching tonneau cover in crème beige interior. are all detailed to perfection.
