EXTERIOR
This example of the legendary E30 M3 is finished in sharp Diamondschwarz paintwork that glistens beneath our studio lights. revealing a beautiful metallic finish in the paint. The paint work remains largely in its original factory coat and after spending some time in our detailing bay it now looks stunning. showing a deep glassy shine. As you would expect with 22 year original paint there is a light peppering of stone chips towards the front section of the car and there are one or two areas that would benefit with some attention for the car to be perfect. It has also had a replacement front grill and badge amongst other small rubber seals and minor parts.

INTERIOR
Opening the door on the M3 the interior is presented in immaculate condition. The first thing you notice are the grey checked cloth sports seats. there are no signs of wear to any of the bolsters and both seat bases remain in excellent order with no sagging or damage to be found. The steering wheel and gear knob both sport the iconic M tri-coloured badges. they retain a beautiful deep texture. feeling unworn to the touch. This superb condition continues through to the centre console that houses most of the switch gear. all of which shows little sign of wear. along with the LCD 6 button trip computer display that still operates exactly as it should. The original torch is present along with the complete first aid kit in the boot. There is a new set of genuine BMW floor mats and the original supplying dealer sticker is still on the rear screen.

ENGINE & TRANSMISSION
On close inspection you will notice the spotless engine bay retains its original lacquer coating from the BMW factory. The engine has been fully serviced with genuine parts over the years and the highly respected BMW specialist MJF Engineering in Dorking has independently checked the car giving it a full bill of health. More recently it has had a service with BMW specialists Munich Legends. The dog leg 5 speed box works as it should with smooth. precise changes. a constant reminder that you're in a very special machine.

WHEELS. TYRES & BRAKES
This M3 is fitted with a brand new set of Genuine BMW 16" X-spoke alloy wheels that are in pristine order. with no kerb marks or scuffs. They are shod in a new set of Continental Sport contact 2 tyres. A new set of discs and pads were fitted to the car in 2011 and the brake system was flushed and replaced with fresh brake fluid in August 2012. The performance of the M3 on the road feels spot-on. the brakes feel powerful pulling the car up smoothly in a straight line.

HISTORY FILE
Supplied new by BMW dealer Fairfield Leigh on Sea the pre delivery check was carried out on the 21/7/90. the car then registered on the 1/8/90 before delivery to its first owner. After the running in phase. the car was back with the supplying dealer 1714 miles and a month later for an oil change then according to the service book and service receipts regularly serviced thereafter by a specialist. The car was then sold to its second owner on the 8/4/94. a lady owner who was in possession of the car for the next 16 years. The previous owner cherished the car with no expense spared maintenance. the majority of the work undertaken by Chandlers Brighton BMW (over 10K spent). making sure everything is just as it should be. The current keeper purchased the car from 4 Star Classics 12 months ago. within that time it has been maintened correctly. the last service being carried out by specialists Munich Legends. In the history file there is a stack of MOT certificates dating back to 1993 and plenty of service receipts and invoices to back up the maintenance record.
