Seller's notes: "I bought this body with the hopes of gradually building a perfect rust free 914. I recently purchased the car from a guy in Arizona and shipped it to Dallas, Texas. Unfortunately the guy "forgot" to mention front right body damage, it's been fixed and a new fender put on many years ago. I thought I was buying a perfect body. So I'm going to resell it, hopefully to you.THE GOOD; It really is almost perfect for a 42 year old car. I have many pictures showing the NO RUST areas, door sills, frame rails, floor, under fenders it really is in great shape. rear trunk area has a little surface rust but no through rot. What you see in the pictures is mostly Arizona dust!THE BAD; front right body damage at some point in it's life, For some reason the jacking points are the only real rust I see (pictured) The battery / Hell hole tray has been removed. This is a great shell, way too good to give up on, it's just not for me. ask Q's!"

I bought this body with the hopes of gradually building a perfect rust free 914. I recently purchased the car from a guy in Arizona and shipped it to Dallas. Texas.
Unfortunately the guy "forgot" to mention front right body damage. it's been fixed and a new fender put on many years ago. I thought I was buying a perfect body. So I'm going to resell it. hopefully to you.
THE GOOD; It really is almost perfect for a 42 year old car. I have many pictures showing the NO RUST areas. door sills. frame rails. floor. under fenders it really is in great shape. rear trunk area has a little surface rust but no through rot. What you see in the pictures is mostly Arizona dust!
THE BAD; front right body damage at some point in it's life. And some reason the jacking points are the only real rust I see (pictured) The battery / Hell hole tray has been removed.
This is a great shell. way too good to give up on. it's just not for me.

The body damage has been fixed but you can tell. it's not what I want.

I will be up front on any questions you ask. I don't want you to have any surprises like I did. this would build into a really solid rust free 914 once the little details are taken care of.
