CARLO ADOPTED HIS SCORPIO BIRTH SIGN AS THE LOGO FOR HIS COMPANY. HE SOON EVOLVED INTO A CAR MANUFACTURER IN HIS OWN RIGHT. FIAT MOST OFTEN SUPPLIED THE BODY SHELLS OR PARTLY COMPLETED CARS. WHICH ABARTH MODIFIED. THE FIAT / ABARTH ARRANGEMENT BENEFITED BOTH CONCERNS FROM THE MANY CLASS VICTORIES HIS CARS CAPTURED IN COMPETITION. AFTER YEARS OF STYLISH SPECIAL-BODIED. Acceptable forms of payment are: money order. certified check. bank wire. third party bank financing or by using our financial services. Rates and financing term are available at your request. If the deposit or final balance is not paid in the required time frame. we reserve the right to cancel the sale.

 

Pennsylvania residents are required to pay Pennsylvania State Sales Tax and DMV fees at the time of delivery. Non-PA residents are responsible for paying their State Sales Tax at time of registration in their State. For a non-PA resident who is financing the vehicle. either through our dealership or through your own financial institution. unless otherwise directed in writing by the financial institution. we are required to collect. and remit. Sales Tax to the State in which you reside at the percentage rate imposed by your state. Additionally. for non-PA residents who are financing the vehicle. we are required to collect the necessary fees for. and complete for you. titling and registration in your State. We charge a $131 documentary fee to cover substantial administrative and paperwork costs.   While the documentary fee is capped by Pennsylvania statute. it is not a State imposed fee. Total fees for out of State cash purchase customers are approximately $162. 00 including a 30 Day Pa. Transit Tag.

 

All vehicles listed are available for sale at our retail dealership locations… They may sell during the auction. If this occurs… We will do our best to cancel your bids and end the auction. An individual that commits to the purchase with a deposit that we accept will be the new owner provided payment in full is received per the auction rules listed above.

 

Buyer is responsible for picking up the vehicle in person or arranging shipping of the vehicle. We do not ship the vehicle ourselves nor do we collect payment for shipping. Once picked up by the shipping company. we will not be held liable or responsible for any damages or losses incurred during the transport of your vehicle. This matter should be addressed with the transport company.
