Engine1927 Ford Model T. standard bore. new aluminum pistons & rings. new valve seats and valves. new adjustable lifters (installed 4/14). aluminum high compression Z head. high flow aluminum intake manifold. modern carburetor. cast iron dual exhaust manifold and dual exhaust pipes. high lift camshaft. water pump. Volkswagen distributor w/o magneto. internal and external front bearing oilers. modern aluminum high volume radiator.   Additional. Model T engine block with Model A crankshaft conversion with special rods provided in sale.   (Needs bored and new Babbitt. )

Transmission(s)
Model T planetary gear 2 speed foot shift with Kevlar bands. followed by an additional modern synchronized 3 speed Warford overdrive with shifter. and. A Volvo overdrive with electric shift engagement.   Yes. that is 12 possible forward gear combinations.   Unique and fast.

Frame/Axle/Suspension
Ford Model T frame that has been "Z'ed" to a 7 inch drop. boxed and reinforced at Z.   Model T front axle that has been professionally modified to a wicked 7 inch drop.   Factory rear axle and leaf over springs.

Brakes
Large drum transmission brake with Kevlar bands and rear wheel Rocky Mountain brakes on large drums.

Wheels/Tires
Model T hubs with Texas T adapters for Model A wire wheels.   21 inch Model A wheels.   New Universal 450/475-21 tires (installed 4/14).

Electrical
12 volt battery and system.   12 volt electric lights. electric fan. horn. electric fuel pump 12V coil and distributor with appropriate fuses and relays.  

Body/interior
Hand formed steel body with steel and wood supports.   Boat Tail formed from a sectioned and shortened 1940 Ford hood.   1940 Ford taillight at rear.   Fiberglass radiator grill shell.   Car is painted Caterpillar Equipment Yellow.   Windscreens and rear view mirrors.   Beige vinyl interior.  

Title
Clear Title.   Currently titled and registered in Kentucky.

This awesome open wheel boat tail speedster was built for and did participate in the famous Newport. IN. Hillclimb (10/13).   This car is the car show wherever it has been.   This car swarms spectators no matter how expensive the other cars may be.

This unique vintage car draws attention wherever it goes.   It is street drivable. fast. and has been found to be dependable.   It is a Model T and. as such. from time to time needs tinkering and adjustments.
