1968 Camaro Pro Touring Magazine feature

 1968 pro touring camaro. Original arizona car. all original gm panels. Brought back east in 2007. It was an all original 350 ss car before I turned it pro touring. I bought the best parts i could when it was built. I have taken the car to a bunch of pro touring events and always place near the top. including the Run thru the Hills event in pigeon forge. Tn. Motorstate challenge in michigan etc. It has a 496 stroked big block chevy engine. afr alum heads. dart intake. pro systems custom carb. bowler 4l80e with twist machine paddle shifter. sparco seats. 5 point harness's. 10 point dom cage built tight to body and down thru dash. dse subframe connectors and dse mini tubs. auto meter gauges. tilt column. fuel safe fuel cell. moser 12 bolt with tru trac and 3. 73 gears. nbsp; Ride tech strong arms in the front on the stitch welded front subframe. with double adjustble air bags and ride level kit. the rear has the ride tech air bar 4 link with double adj air bags. and ride height sensors. along with the 2 compressor air pod with full cockpit control of the ride height of each corner of the car. Ceramic coated hooker 4-1 headers. 3 inch oval exhaust with dr gas x pipe for ground clearance. going into the spin tech pro street mufflers and full 3 inch tailpipes. For brakes we used wilwood sl6 front 6 piston calipers. with two piece 14 inch rotors. in the back we used sl4 rear 4 piston calipers and 13 inch two piece rotors. radial mount style calipers for the ultimate in performance. to finish it off we used Forgeline 3 pc wheels. 18x9 front and 18x12 rears with toyo r888 tires. 255/35/18 and 335/30/18 rear. Windows are all tinted for summer comfort. and car has vintage air installed to keep you warm in cool weather and cool in hot. The Car was featured in the september 2008 Camaro Performers magazine and also again as a 10 best camaro of 2008
