1972 classic mini clubman 1275gt fresh 1310 engine11 months MOT free tax rag top

hi all. up for sale is my 1972 mini clubman 1275gt. i bought this mid october last year to fix up and sell on. things did not go to plan. Its had lot and lots and lots of work carried out on it. fully repaired and repainted black with old english roof and bonnet. bit of a euro look lol. if not to your liking can be painted black again. Freshly built 1310 high spec engine. new donuts. new fully adjustable suspension. just needs the engine fine tuning now which im currently on with. it now also has 2 core ally rad and head different shade of green. iv been driving it over last month to sort all of the teething problems out. this car has cost me an absolute fortune getting it to where is but iv enjoyed doing it but now its done its time to let sell on. anyway ill just list the spec.
1972 tax exempt black and silver plates
Exterior
obviously been reshelled previously in its life. if you know your minis you will know. 2k black and old english whitefully undersealed and sealed inside and out. up and over glass fiber front. new A new panels. nbsp;new boot. nimbus grey number plate and boot handel. all new seals. nbsp;group 5 arches with stainless nuts and bolts. rears modified for lower looknew white webasto sunroof painted in vinyl paint to match. bit worn in when iv had the roof back. in its original frame with new stainless bolts 13x7 satin black ultralight with good tyres. bullet evo wing mirrorsseems in rubber u channel but have metal ones. just found it better for flip front
Interior
cabin sealed so now no fresh air ventsmgf front seats drivers little worn need good clean. will do before collection. rear bench trimmed similar vinyl but there for show really as theres no seat belts fitted. new door cardscnc cut dash now in black as my sticker bomb in previous pics didnt go down too well? 3 clock speedo. 10" mounty steering wheel. newton commercial moulded carped set in rednew head lining custom made to fit webasto matching dash rails to headlining.
Suspension
All new cones and hi-lows with knuckles1. 5 negative camber armsnearly new gaz adjustable shock absorbersadjustable tie bars nylon front sub-frame tower bushes and solid rear to floor mountsmight fit some rear camber adjusters at the weekend if they have some at the mini shop
Engine

prob loads iv missed but id be here all night trying to remember. costs me £92 per year to insure plus free tax.
looking for another project 3rd mini now so maybe an old ford? no rubbish tho thanks.
