Seller's notes: "this car is believed to be a three owner car(including me). The car has a good strait body with all the outside of the body work having been done. It is now ready to block and finish paint or leave as is and drive while you work on it. The car is all original with what I believe is the original 292 , 4-barrel engine that does run and -lot drives-. the brakes are down as the wheel cylinders are leaking from sitting. The tires are older Bias-Ply wide white wall tires and do hold air. The car has a new windshield and rubber. It also has both new side door glasses. The car is approximately 95% complete with the only things missing that I am aware of being the wiper assemblies and the inside door panels. The body is very strait but does need a little rust repair in the trunk(minor) and the floor pans under your feet area are thin and have been covered with fiberglass cloth. They could be finished out that way but I would replace both the pans---readily available and cheap. The top is nice."

Current customer rating: (351 votes ) based onThis is a revision to the above general condition of this car. In an effort to be as honest and forthright as possible. I re-examined the car. started it today and ran it. I did a little further examination of the car and this is what I can see. The statement that there are no coolant leaks was unintentionally wrong---it didn't leak last summer--I put coolant in it today and it definitely does leak and will probably have to have the radiator repaired or replaced. It does leak and appears to be the original one. The car does start and run on a gas can as the tank is dry and should be removed and cleaned from years of sitting. This vehicle should be considered a running project car. It is not something that you can get into and drive off with without attention. The brakes are definitely down due to wheel cylinders having leaked down. The engine does run good with no unusual noises. ut I suspect it has never been rebuilt. Please keep this in mind when considering the condition and age of the car. I did find the original carburetor breather and some of the trim. There may be minor small parts such as door and window handles missing. There is no convertible top with the car. The hardtop is in overall good condition. with the original headliner in place. however it will need minor Re-finish work in a couple of spots before painting. I do have (some) spare parts that I have purchased to do the restoration with and they will go with the car. some parts are very rare and like new. Please feel free to call me with any serious questions and concerns or whatever you might be interested in discussing about this vehicle. I am very easy to get along with and I am open to discussion. I am an honest person and would not intentionally lie or fabricate this cars condition. Thank you.
