Up for auction is my very rare L30/M20 1967 Camaro RS Convertible. In 1967 Chevrolet produced only 3. 2% of these models. Or around 7002 out of 220. 96 vehicles.

Options include Power steering. standard interior. convertible. black top. console. rear antenna. Rally Sport and 4P-L30M20

The RPO (regular production option) combination of the L30 327 ci-275HP V8 engine with the M20 4-speed manual transmission created a true high-performance automobile. When the L30/M20 were ordered together. other performance options were included as part of a package.   Some added equipment includes a 12-bolt posi-traction rear end. right side radius rod and larger exhaust.  These combinations made this model faster than a SS or Z-28 due to the power and lighter weight. The potential for model confusion is understandable since. without this knowledge. a L30/M20 could easily be mistaken for a SS-350 stripped of ornamentation (if the 327 was mistaken for a 350). or. if the 327 ci engine was recognized as such. the L30/M20 could be considered evidence of a factory SS-327.

My car is in very good condition and is a very reliable driver. It's condition is so original that I do hesitate to take it out much anymore. I would hate to have to replace any parts with non-original equipment. It is very complete with the proper matching numbers on all parts. I have owned the car for nearly 10 years and believe it only had two previous owners. I was not able to trace that information.

It is very clean top and bottom with no sign of rust or damage. It has been repainted it's original color somewhere in the past. but I believe it had to be many years ago.

I have installed an electronic distributor for reliability but did retain the original distributor and wires.

Please feel free to email any questions. I am very proud of the car and would love for someone familiar with it's equipment to be the new owner and appreciate it like I have.
