Chrome is in very good to excellent condition with many NOS parts. The 1964 Cadillac Eldorado is the only model that Cadillac removed the fender skirts which give this an aggressive look from the side. Nice fins with brakes lights this year for added safety. Body restoration was done 20 years ago with Firemist red lacquer paint and clear coat
