First model of the legendary 6C Alfa Romeo.
This stunning 6C 1500 Alfa has been with us for nearly 8 years now. and we enjoyed it very much. It is in great condition. having been professionally restored in the early 80's. The extra rear seats are very practical. as you can easily fit in a small family. The car is very original with corresponding chassis and engine numbers. and all other mechanical and body components.
The history of this 6C is amazing. it comes with 4 folders full of paperwork: diary records hand written by the first owners since day one - 28th of November 1928. It was exhibited and sold at the 1928 London Motor Show as the records show. The full history goes on from 1928. through the 50's. 60's. 90's until the early years of the new millennium. covering personal diaries of the owners. services. repairs. road tests. parts bought. letters between owners and vintage Alfa specialists. nbsp;and several events the car participated in.
The car has beautiful patina both to the body and the looks of the stunningly original mechanical components. in my opinion exactly the way a 6C should look. It surprises me every time I drive the car. how easily and comfortably it handles. with excellent steering. suspension and brakes. This is an excellent original and honest 6C Alfa Romeo. being used and maintained regularly with great joy.
